Prompts for the Promptless – Ep. 12 – Silver Lining
This comic should not be this funny, BUT it is! I’m gonna bake you a cake 😉
Thank you. Don’t worry im not that consistent! Lol : )
There’s like 9 different types of humor in this single panel and I absolutely love it. 😀 Well done again!!
Yeah, it really is, I am pleased with it and its still like a poke in the eye with a stick! Lol ; ) Thanks for the game, I love it!
[…] Hyperlocal Hero – #76 […]
I like your sense of humour. Thanks for following me, by the way.
Wow man. I just read your comic – gosh.
It’s kind of like a typical Image comic, like 69 or Graveyard of Empires but way, way grittier & without zombies obviously! lol ; ) I like the drawing style very much. Someone has to offer you a print option. Are you familiar with World War 3 Illustrated? If anyone would publish this I imagine that they would. Keep it up – I’m really looking forward to following it. : )
No. I sometimes write zombie fiction (I am basically a writer, not a cartoonist) but I don’t read genre zombie fiction. I find it too stereotyped.
The next strip is up.
It isn’t like zombie fiction at all – I only likened it to the only combat / war type comics that I’m familiar with – it’s a poor comparison, forgive me. It isn’t like any other comic that I’ve read, except perhaps WWIII illustrated, which publishes modern political comics. I do like your drawings very much and I’d buy / collect this as a printed comic in a heartbeat.
I’d be more than happy to let you print them and keep them for yourself. I’m a total amateur and I’ve no expectations of ever being syndicated. All I ask is that if you like my work, please spread the word around. I need all the publicity I can get.
Get in touch with these guys… http://www.worldwar3illustrated.org/ when they publish you, someone will offer you a print option I’m sure. Where are you at, which country?
Time to hit the sack. I’ll get back to you tomorrow. Good night and thanks again.
